By measuring ‘effectiveness’ (workplace productivity and environmental sustainability as well as compliance, condition and flexibility) in addition to cost and space ‘efficiency’ measures, PREEM provides managers with a complete ‘balanced scorecard’ assessment of corporate property and facilities performance. To help meet client needs, three levels of service include:

• Whole global estate – as above, rolled out to your entire corporate estate and including a bespoke presentation and analysis against selected peer group benchmarks.
